07-13-05:    Bonivert Claude    Mr. Bonivert is a Presidential Candidate in Haiti for the "Parti Social Renove" Political Party. He has been the Governor of the the "Banque Centrale" in Haiti.

 

7-05-05:    Keitha Burnett, Ph.D.    Dr. Keitha Burnett is the founder of  Lawrence Academy,  a new Charter Middle School serving the Florida City / Homestead community, and set to open in August 2005.  Dr. Burnett has been an educator with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools for over 20 years.

 

June 17th, 2005:    David Ocasio    Mr. David Ocasio is the Vice President of Programs and Services with the Alzheimer's Association South Florida Chapter.

 

June 15th, 2005:    Mireille Louis-Charles (Phone Interview)    Mrs. Mireille Louis-Charles represented United Way of America, where she has been a staff member for fifteen years.

 

June 9th, 2005:    Joseph R. Jean-Baptiste    Mr. Joseph R. Jean-Baptist is  a Governmental Outreach Specialist with the South Florida Water Management District.

 

May 26th, 2005:    Margaret E. Potter, Yvette Carpet-Joseph, and Alex Fouquet (No pictures taken)   Mrs. Margaret E. Potter is the Bank at Work Relationship Manager with Citibank, F.S.B. at the North Kendall Drive Branch.  Mrs. Yvette Carpel-Joseph is the Senior Lending Consultant with CitiMortgage, Inc. at the Doral Branch.  Alex Fouquet is the Financial Center Manager with Citibank F.S.B. at the Coconut Creek Location.

 

May 24th, 2005:    Reynold Francisque    Mr. Reynold Francisque is a member of the Haitian Community.  While living in Haiti, he spent many years working in the Customs Department.

 

May 23rd, 2005:    Marcel Alexis    Mr. Marcel is a poet, singer, musician.  He just released his fifth album, "An Nou Fe Drapo'n Flote".  He is the Haitian Choir Director at Christ The King Catholic Church, and the Founder and President of CACEC (Center for Artistic and Cultural Events in the Community).

 

May 20th, 2005:    Marc Saint-Fleur    Mr. Marc Saint-Fleur is a Christian Activist, and host of Radio R.C.H.'s  weekly Evangelical Show, "Vol Direct / Immigration".

 

May 18th, 2005:    Billie Louis, Gayot & Dorvil Reginald, & Ritho Jean Louis    Mr. Joseph (Billie) Louis is the CEO of Galata, a non for profit organization located in Florida City.  Mr. Gayot Reginald & Mr. Dorvil Reginald are Students from Haiti and members of the F.E.U.H. (Federation des Etudiants Universitaires d'Haiti).  They were in town as part of a special student delegation from Haiti.  Mr. Ritho Jean-Louis is the President of R Solutions, Inc.,  non for profit organization.

 

May 17th, 2005:    Gepsie Metellus    Ms. Gepsie M. Metellus is the Executive Director of "Sant La" a non for profit Haitian Neighborhood Center.

 

May 13th, 2005:    Geffrard Belance    Mr. Geffrard Belance is a member of the Haitian Community.  He is an active member of the Choir at Christ the King Catholic Church.    He also participates in an Evangelical Show at Radio R.C.H.

 

May 12th, 2005:    Cuckita Bellande (Photo not taken)    Mrs. Cuckita (Cukie) Bellande is a teacher with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools working in Homestead.  She is also a Community Leader volunteering with the Haitian American youth in the community.

 

May 10th, 2005:    Kametra Driver    Mrs. Kametra Driver is the CEO of WeCare of South Dade, a non for profit organization located in Homestead, Florida.

 

May 9th, 2005:    Rosmond Pradel & Violine Thelusma (Photo not taken)    Mr. Rosmond Pradel is  the spokeperson of the "Conseil Electoral Provisoir" (Temporary Election Committee) in Haiti.  Ms. Violine Thelusma  is a journalist a the "Television National D'Haiti" (The National Television Network of Haiti).

April 27th, 2005:   Carine & Ranley Desir, M.D.    Dr. Ranley M. Desir is a Cardiologist with a practice in Aventura Florida.  He was accompanied by his wife Mrs. Karine Desir.

 

April 26th, 2005:    Danielle Romer    Mrs. Danielle Romer is the President of Haitian Support Inc. which is a domestic violence support center.  She is also the President of DaRo Consultants, a staffing company.

April 11th, 2005:    Cesar Arguelles    Mr. Cesar A. Arguelles represented CitiMortgage, Inc.  He is an Area Manager at the Coral Gables branch in Florida.

 

April 8th, 2005:    Jacques Laroche, Marie Jouberthe Edouard & Celine Jacob    Mr. Jacques Laroche is the Chairman of UCOMB (Unique Coalition Of Minority Businesses) of South Dade, Inc.  He is also an Interior Design Specialist with Unique Home Design, Inc.  Mrs. Marie Jouberthe Edouard is an accomplished Fashion Designer with her studio located at ArtSouth in Homestead.  Mrs. Celine Jacob is a community leader who has been supporting Haitian Americans in the community for many years.

 

April 7th, 2005:    Ronel Lorius       Mr. Ronel Lorius is the CEO of Lori Business and Marketing Solution, which is a membership based organization designed to help its members become more successful through information sharing.

 

April 6th, 2005:    Claudine Sada    Mrs. Claudine Sada is a Haitian Creole Translator with Miami-Dade County.  She's also the host of "Kose Kloza" a community outreach television program, on the Haitian Television Network (HTN).

 

April 5th, 2005:    Gary Alerte   Mr. Gary Charles Alerte Sr. is the Alerte Group, Inc. which is a private investigative firm, and security school.  It also offers firearms classes and immigration services.

 

April 4th, 2005:    Marcel Alexis & Maureen Aladin    Mr. Marcel Alexis is the Founder and President of CACEC (Center for Artistic and Cultural Events in the Community).  Ms. Maureen Aladin won the 2005 Miss Creole Pageant in West Palm Beach, Florida.
